Eligibility
Applicant must fall within income limits. Property must be deeded to applicant.

- Expand the supply of decent, sanitary and affordable housing.
- To enable the disabled and elderly to live independently.
- Provide safe housing meeting current building codes.
Explanation of Services
Rehab or replace existing housing. Low income / disabled applicant must occupy dwelling and must possess a deed or deed of trust verifying ownership of property. Mobile homes can be replaced.
