PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT
Effective October 1, 2025 Mountain Valley Economic Opportunity Authority, OBA East TN Human Resource Agency (ETHRA) will be administering the Community Services Block Grant, which is funded through the TN Department of Human Services. Individuals and families may have formerly received services with this funding through the Anderson County Community Action Agency.
The office is located at 125 Leinart Street, Suite 5, Clinton, TN 37716.
