It is with profound sadness that we say goodbye to a valued board member and trusted friend. Joe Brooks will be missed for his wisdom, leadership, and maybe above all, humor. It is a testament to his character that nearly every person with whom he had much interaction at all considered themselves a friend. He will be greatly missed. Our prayers go out to his family and to all who knew and loved him.
